COOKING CREDENTIALS
Emily has been dedicated to cooking for over 25 years; her experience includes Sotheby's boardroom kitchen, being a residential cook for families, cooking for private chalets/ companies in ski resorts and working in Peter de Savary's Glenborrodale Castle (in Scotland). Her passion for food simmered from an early age: she qualified as Cordon Bleu at College. This wealth of experience & creativity transforms each event into a dream.

WEDDINGS
Our aim is to make your big day and the run-up to it, delightfully easy...
As well as the food, we are able to organise and manage as many or as few of the components that will make your wedding day beautiful and unique. We work closely with excellent local florists, marquee, cutlery, crockery, glasses and linen suppliers, even mixologists!
We will suggest delicious menus from informal nibbles and salads to a more formal sit down four course dinner, starting with a champagne reception and canapés, finishing with a cheese and ham table at midnight.
Our bright, smiling and polite staff are always attentive, charming, efficient and totally trustworthy, they discretely carry out their duties to serve you and your guests in a professional, courteous and friendly manner to make sure things run smoothly on the day.

I needed to order lunch / picnic boxes for a gathering at Stonor Park to surprise my Wife and celebrate her special birthday. After an online search I found Emily’s website and spoke with Emily who liaised at every point and did everything to help me by relieving all the stress that goes with preparing catering requirements. Our son collected the boxes from Emily in the morning, and handed them out to guests. They stunned everyone, they were beautifully boxed displaying the extreme care, detail and hard graft Emily had put in to please us all. The sandwiches, tarts and scones were truly superb and the praise from every guest was stupendous. As for the two Towers of Chocolate brownies, strawberries and mint and Sticky orange and almond cakes - well all I can say is "Yum Yum"!!! A guest wrote "What a really super day and the picnic was outstanding … absolutely fabulous” - that said it all and emphasised what a marvellous caterer Emily is. MORE THAN WELL RECOMMENDED.

Each event is individual and everybody has different tastes.
We get booked for some events nearly a year in advance (honestly). To avoid disappointment, I recommend that you get in touch sooner rather than later - especially if you are planning either a big event or for a popular time of year.
Our first priority will be to check your dates, then discuss and explore your thoughts, plans and requirements before providing a written and costed proposal.

For everyone's benefit, it is best to minimise ambiguity.
Our terms of business constantly evolve as our environment changes. Their role is to be open and transparent in terms of how we do business. A logical guide to what you can expect from us and what we expect in return. They cover most eventualities, and for those they don't, we will discuss and aim to find a reasonable and logical solution. As a small business, we require prompt upfront payment which can cause some discomfort within larger organisations.
